Drafty patio doors and misc other work

D.S.H.I analyzed the issue with the drafty door. They checked the entire area thoroughly and fixed the problem. And while they were here they also fixed another issue I had. I am extremely satisfied with their professionalism and expertise. I have already recommended them to my friends! Thank you!

The most professional contractor for our basement reno

We had a major flood and needed someone to repair and renovate our entire basement. New flooring, fix drywall, new trim, replace some doors and a few other things. We met several contractors but from the start Domenic was professional, friendly and always did what he promised. He gave us good advice to fit our budget and was patient and fair throughout. Having worked with contractors before we were so impressed by the quality of the work and professionalism of the team. This is a company that truly cares about doing a good job and having you satisfied. They always showed up on time and the space was cleaned up at the end of every day. When unexpected things came up he was flexible and did not try to find the option involving the least work. We now have a beautiful basement and couldnt be happier. I highly recommend Domenic!

Long list of repairs and maintenance

Domenic and Alex are fantastic. So friendly, offered ideas and suggestions on how to address issues and on budget. They made sure to be on budget and were so careful with my home and to leave the job site clean and in order. I would recommend them to anyone looking at a long list of jobs around your home that have gone unattended. I already have a new list started and will be calling them to come in for round two!

Replace some flooring, drywall, paint in basement

I had to replace sections of my flooring, drywall and baseboards due to flooding in the basement. Dominic. Came to do an estimate, gave some options and was able to begin very quickly. he and his crew were super personable, paid great attention to detail and were able to solve unexpected problems due to his experience. He was reasonably priced compared to others and I have Nothing but good things to say, Im looking for other things for him to do.

Kitchen Demo

Domenic (D.S.H.I) was excellent to work with, EXTREMELY dependable! He made contact in a timely manner, always responded to phone calls/texts, kept appointments and always let me know if there would be delays. He carefully and efficiently removed my kitchen counters, backsplash and disconnected the sink with minimal disruptions. He was knowledgeable, calm and empathetic. If issues arose he responded immediately and took responsibility, the mark of a true professional.

Drywall ceiling and paint

Dominic was very responsive to my request and showed up same day to size and quote the work. Excellent job done on the new drywall and paint. Very pleasant to work with, good communication, excellent work and reasonable pricing. Highly recommended!
